He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward Rhoe and Carrie Lula Rhoe (DaVolt); his wife LeNeva "Toots" Rhoe (Mishler); his children, Brandon Rhoe and Vickie Guthrie; and his siblings, Dorothy Reed and Dale Rhoe.

He is survived by: his son Monte Rhoe (Nancy) of Riverside, CA. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
