We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Deloris Jean (Gilliam) Sutton of Columbus, Kansas, born in Sedan, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Leroy Gilliam and Alma Louise Bainter (Burdett); her husband Joseph Sutton; her brother Larry David Gilliam; and her great grandchild Zane Reese.
She is survived by: her children, Jody Sutton (Patty) of Columbus, Jeff Sutton (Erin) of Shawnee, John Sutton (Jackie) of Topeka, Kansas, Dana Burgess (Stephen) of Rogers, Dorothy Reese (Don) of Kansas and Jenny Shilts of Columbus, Kansas; and her brother Harold Leroy Gilliam (Colleen) of Pineville, Missouri. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; many other nieces, nephews, and family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorials to the St. Jude Children's Hospital and those may be left in care of the Dickens Family Funeral Home, 209 N. Douglas, Sedan, Kansas 67361.
