He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Feagan and Cora Feagan (Lynn) of Columbus. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Froelich; his children, Jay Froelich (April) of Wagoner Ok and Jessica Burdick (Samuel) of Coffeyville; and his brother Steve Feagan (Terri) of Pittsburg. He is also survived by three children.
