He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Leroy and Theo Mae Kitch Napier; his brother Margaret Taylor; and also, Ella Mae Steele, Ernest Napier, Barbara Reid and Pat Roark.
He is survived by: his sons, Charile "Todd" Napier (Shari) of Columbus and Eric Dale Napier (Ashley) of Columbus; his siblings, Jack Napier and Norma Strahan of Pittsburg; his grandchildren, Charles Jordan, Logan Todd Napier, Aaron Thomas Napier, Austin David Napier, Carrie Leigh Napier and Christie Jean Napier; his great grandchild Charles Hudson Napier; and also Emmanuel Thomas Napier.
