He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Macknsen and Elsie Fagan Macknsen; his former wife Doris Mae Dale; his wife Kitty Wells; and his sons, Richard and Charles.
He is survived by: his son Dale Mackensen of Columbus, Kansas; and his sisters, Teddy Siegele of Yorbalinda, CA and Sandy Hilberg of Lake Montezuma, AZ. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
