She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Atchley and Edna Atchley (Fox). She is survived by: her children, Sue Napier (Larry) of Columbus, Charles Jr. McGowan (Elizabeth) of Columbus, Cole McGowan (Debbie) of Huxley and David McGowan (Debbie) of Columbus. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
