It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arland Thomas Smith (Columbus, Kansas), born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Thomas and Gladys Smith (Miller). He is survived by: his children, Alan Smith (Patricia Wilson), Karla Fox (George Barlett Jr), Sherry Ewen (Randy) and Cindy Morris (Virgil Witham Jr); and his brothers, Gene Smith (Linda), Larry Smith (Nancy), Metamora, Ill and Kenny Smith (Tina). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Contributions may be given to the funeral home to help offset expenses.
