He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Hill; his son Myron Hill of Merriam, Kansas; his stepsons, Ronald Tush of Iola and Michael Tush of Savonburg, Kansas; his grandsons, Garron Hill and Morgan; his stepdaughter April Hackathorn; his stepgranddaughters, Casey Tush, Kathy Tush, Paige Hall, Penelope Tush and Georgia Tush; his great grandchild Nova Hill; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aryana Doolittle and Ean Tush.
