He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Runnells and Ola Runnells (Gardner); his wife Mary Eleanor Runnells (Bronson); his sons, Murry, David, Raymond and Rick; and his siblings, Murray, John, Tina and Ione.
He is survived by: his son Randy Runnells of Colony. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
