She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Lynn Hammer (Cochran); her sister Melissa Hammer; and her grandparents, Bud, Rose Marie Cochran, Willard and Agnes Hammer.
She is survived by: her father Orville Lavon Hammer; her pet Spike; her significant other Daisy; her daughter Kristen Cheung; her brother Jason Hammer (Tabitha); and her nephews, Brendon and Noah Hammer. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
