He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Elder and Pauline Marie Offutt (Munstedt); and his brother Gerald Offutt. He is survived by: his wife Geri Offutt of Coldwater, KS; his children, Traci Uhl (Tyson) of Coldwater, KS, Nicole Baker (Brian) of Peyton, CO and Shelby Offutt of Coldwater, KS; his grandchildren, Landon, Gavin, Brinley Uhl, Ethyn and Masyn Baker; and his siblings, Marla Edwards (Bill) of Cassoday, KS, Norman Offutt (Anita) of Dumas, TX and Kevin Offutt (Gwen) of Healy, KS..
