He is survived by: his wife Mary Fitzwater of Protection, KS; his children, Kendal Fitzwater of Protection, KS and Amy Baker (Doug) of Protection, KS; his grandchildren, Hailey and Sophie Baker; his siblings, John Fitzwater (Dixie) of Olathe, KS, Carol Petty (Jim) of Pryor, OK, Betty Jo Maris of Protection, KS, Sue Page of Protection, KS and Sandy Hoffman (Roger) of Buttermilk, KS; and his sister-in-law Janet Fitzwater (Charley Wooden) of Enid, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
