He was predeceased by: his parents, David Paul and Doris Anne Leeper (Dorsey); his brother Kim Leeper; his son Matthew Jacob Leeper; and his grandson Colt David Leeper.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Kristi Hensley (Sean) of Berthoud, CO, Mishaun Estes (Brad) of Bucklin, KS, Tiffany Pike (Chris) of Dodge City, KS, Nathan Leeper (Jenny) of Pratt, KS and Andrew Leeper (Heather) of Wilmore, KS; and his grandchildren, Josh, MacKenzy Meis, Sydney Leeper, Talon Estes (Isabella), Ridge Estes, Trace Pike (ShayLynn), Breckyne Perrotti (Michael), Tade, Briekyne, Trage Pike, Taylor, Brynn, Colson Leeper, Alida and Aycen Leeper.
