Though Curtis may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his father Harley E. Rush; and his brother Jeffrey Allen Rush. He is survived by: his mother Donna J. Rush (Cline); and his sisters, Gayla Kissel (Kirk) of Protection, KS and Amy Neuburger (Ed) of Hays, KS. He is also survived by four nieces.
