She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Elwood Hess and Carmen Ena Hess (Hobble); her brothers, Hazen Dean Hess and Ronald Dale Hess; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Hess (Garrett) and Don Wiley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Davis Russell (Martin) and Joni Ketchum; her grandchildren, Andrew Jace Ketchum (Kaileigh) of Ft. Collins, Jenna Rae (Ketchum), Wark (Kaid) and Grace Lori Russell; her sister Marilyn Wiley (Hess); her sister-in-law Betty Hess (Williams); and her great grandchild Wyatt Nelson Wark. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
