She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Schertz and Florence Schertz; her husband Archie Moser; her siblings, Tom Schertz and Shirley Cranston; her grandson Dallas Latham; and her sons-in-law, Dean Johnson and Kenneth Gunter.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Johnson, Brenda Gunter, Linda Latham (Brad), Dan Moser (Kristy), Ken Moser (Pam), Reba Mills (Joe) and Leisha Carpenter (Wayne); and her sister Kathlene Haug. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 27 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baalmann Mortuary - Colby (190 S Franklin Ave, Colby, KS 67701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Winona Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Logan County EMS for equipment or the Winona Chamber of Commerce for a bench and flower planters to be donated to the Main Street project and sent in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
