He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Tubbs and Elma Tubbs; his wife Caroline Prokop; his daughter Peggy; and his granddaughter Sara.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Homan (Rick), Allen Tubbs (Karen), Dennis Tubbs (Robin) and Justin Tubbs (Angela). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
