He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Koel and Mary Koel (Eaton); and his daughter Mary Pauline. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Jeff Koel, Lloyd Koel (Suzanna), Ricky Koel (Rebecca), Stephanie Koel and Shawn Rohrbough (Terri); and his siblings, Barbara Wright, Dianna Carr (Tom) and Ron Koel. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
