He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Winger and Marie Winger (Collings); his brother Stacey L. Winger; and his father-in-law Leo Neilan. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Neilan; his sons, Chaz Winger (Dakota) of Oakley, KS, Zane Winger of Colby and Gage Winger of Colby; his siblings, Melodie Casey (Don) of Johnson, KS, Kim Tucker (Paul), Susan Johnson (Mike), Jeff Winger (Anita) and Starkville; and his grandchildren, Kobee, Easton, Archer and Mesa. He is also survived by his three sons, and was adored by his four grandkids.
