She is survived by: her children, Rachel Matzek, Tanner Matzek, Sam Matzek (Heather) and Jay Matzek; her brothers, Mike Hoft (Noreen), Terry Hoft and Jay Hoft (Deb); her grandchildren, Hayden Bahe, Tucker Matzek, Alex Matzek and Isaac Matzek; and the father of her children Steve Matzek. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
