He is survived by: his wife Agnes Detjen; his children, Steven Lewis and Sheri Staab; his grandsons, Kaden (Callie) of Colby and Kyler Staab of Colby; his sister Linda Lewis; and his sisters-in-law, Rose Lewis, Lois Lewis and Elta Rall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
