He was predeceased by: his father John Finley (Jack). He is survived by: his mother Doris Finley; his brothers, Steve, Kevin and Doug; his wife Paula McKinney; his daughters, Candice Mae Finley and Camelia Finley; and his brother Brad Finley. He is also survived by many nephews, and sister in-laws.
