He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Rush and Merna Rush (Alleman); his brother Neal Rush; and his grandparents, Francis Rush, Lela Rush, Morris "Slim" and Geneve Alleman.
He is survived by: his spouse Laura Niblock April; his children, Kynndra Rush and Wade Rush of Colby; his brother Lynn Rush (Cindy) of Yukon, OK; and his sister-in-law Jolene Rush of Brewster.
