She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Berls and Laura M. Berls. She is survived by: her husband Oscar Howard Chaffin Jr. of Colby, Kansas; her children, Nikki, Tony (Beckey), Tonya (Ralph) and Scott; her grandchildren, Corey (Gerlyn), Chase and Chanse; her great great grandchildren, Alexzy and Gabriel; and her siblings, Jim Berls and Linda Moses. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
