She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Skryja and Joseph Skryja; her husband Red Hartwell; her siblings, Jean Hunt, Freda Hartwell, Dave Pederson and Richard Skryja; her son Jeff Hartwell; and her granddaughter Kayla Hartwell.
She is survived by: her daughter Penny Keegan (Kevin Keegan) of North Dakota; and her grandchildren, Cy Crighton, Chase Hartwell and Jordan Sweet (Hartwell). She is also survived by six great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
