It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Cranston (Colby, Kansas), who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cranston and Elva Cranston (Delaney); his wife Marjorie Blanc; and his siblings, Harold, Rex, Lester and Evelyn Duncan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Robinson (Richard) of Hill City, KS and Linda Pabst (David) of Colby, KS; his sister Ruth Cranston of San Pablo, CA; his sister-in-law Shirley Cranston; and his grandchildren, Melissa Stramel (Todd) of Colby, KS, Christy Acheson (Richard) of Windsor, CO, Ryan Robinson (Amy) of Lindsborg, KS, Julie Zybko (Mike) of Shawnee, KS, Kyle Robinson (Kendra) of Asheville, NC, Wyatt Robinson (Baley) of Kansas City, MO, Marie Skolout (Brad) of Levant, KS, Karen George (Toby) and Haslet. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
