He was predeceased by: his parents, G. William Barnum and Julia Sophia Feldhusen Barnum; his siblings, Ruth, Grace, Jean, Bill, Julia, Mary and Dorothy; and his son Scott of Colby.
He is survived by: his son Evan (Regena); his wife Shirley; his son Dr. Grant Barnum (Carol); his daughter-in-law Janice (Colby); his grandchildren, Cheryl Ellison, Grant, Jr., Julie, Christopher, David, Amanda and Matthew; and also, Mira, Sterling and Danielle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to the church or the Alzheimer's Association.
