He is survived by: his former spouse Sharmelle Burkle; his children, Phillip of Littleton, CO, Timothy (Jennifer) of Littleton, CO, Samuel (Candra) of Springfield, MO, Heather Selby (Ron) of Arizona City, AZ, Jedediah (Katherine) of Sabetha, KS, Matthew (Porscha) of Topeka, KS and Sarah Hoover (Brent) of Colby, KS; and his grandchildren, Jordan, McKayla, Christian, Jacob, Vanessa, Olivia, Riley, Lucas, Jackson, William, Annabeth, Carter and Elizabeth. He is also survived by children and 13 grandchildren.
