He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carroll and Eulalia Carroll (Gaddy); and his sister Carol Ann (Virgil Hatfield). He is survived by: his wife Sara Rogers; and his siblings, Richard Carroll (Mona) of Blue Earth, MN, William Carroll (Mary) of Janesville, MN, Darlene Hatfield (Harold) of Levant, KS, Rose Hatfield of Levant, KS and Patsy Matthews (Tom) of Winfield, KS. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
