She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Rhea and Clara Rhea; her husband James Ostmeyer; her sons, Dennis and John; and her granddaughters, Jane, Sue and Rita. She was also cherished by her son and daughters, her eight grandchildren, and her ten great-grandchildren.
