He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tubbs and Caroline Tubbs (Prokop); his grandparents, Harold, Elma Tubbs, Cyprian and Antoniette Prokop; his sister Peggy Phillips; and his niece Sara Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Lynn Adair; and his siblings, Kathy Homan (Rick) of Grove, OK, Dennis Tubbs (Robin) of Colby, KS and Justin Tubbs (Angela) of Plainfield, IL. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews.
