It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlan Downing of Colby, Kansas, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Downing; his father-in-law Dean Larsen; and his friend Terry Wendell. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Downing (Miller); his wife Mylinda Larsen; his sons, Michael Downing (Crystal) and Brian Downing (Callie); his grandchildren, Lovan and Abigail Downing; his siblings, Keith Downing (MaryAnn) and Karren Gatlin; and his mother-in-law Patricia Larsen.
