He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert White and Carolee White (Stillwell); his brother Jerry White; and his sister-in-law Dona White. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his sons, Derek White (Leticia) and Drew White (Melissa); his grandchildren, Eli, Kalyssa, Gala, Wayne, Kya, Kynlee and Karley; and his siblings, John White, Linda Rummel (Wes), Debra Messamore (Bill), Karen Harper and Tracy Campbell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
