She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Pugh and Alta Pugh (Miles); her husband Frank Mahaffey; her son Eddie Kiefer; and her grandson Terrence Kiefer.
She is survived by: her former husband Terrence Kiefer; her children, Freddie Kiefer (Susan) of Wellington, CO, Tammy Dennis (Kenneth), Colby and Tonjau Brown (Brian); and her sister Orilla Jestes. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
