She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Heid and Emma Heid (Seager); her former husband Henry Brandt (Gene Jones); her siblings, Edward, Gilbert Heid, Wilma Robertson, Elsie Wetzel, Hilda Golde, Ester McConnell and Helen Morganstern; her son-in-law Al Smith; and her grandson Vance Smith.
She is survived by: her spouse Gene Jones; and her children, Peggy Smith, Colby, Pam Jones (Al) of Canadian, OK and Shane Jones (Amy) of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the College Drive Assembly of God (245 W College Dr, Colby, KS 67701).
