He was predeceased by: his mother Tammy Lea Jurek (Warner); and his grandparents, Lucille Jurek, Carl and Vivian Warner. He is survived by: his father Frank Jurek; his brother Benjamin Jurek; his children, Jude and Luna Jurek; and his grandfather Ed Jurek.
