It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Else Jofrid Keil of Colby, Kansas, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Berge Bertelsen and Inger Serine Bertelsen (Vestre); her husband Marvin Keil; her siblings, Arne Bertelsen, Berit Karlsen and Ragnhild Wathne; and her sons-in-law, Jim Spain and Don O'Briant.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Spain (Scott Stone) of Manhattan, KS, Sharon O'Briant of Brandon, MS, Mary Shoaff (Tom) of Colby, KS and Martin Keil (Angie) of Brandon, MS.; and her sibling Oda Lund. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild along with other relatives.
