It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Lawver (Colby, Kansas), born in McCook, Nebraska, who passed away on December 30, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lawver and Beulah Lawver (Koon); and his siblings, Arlene Runyan (Dareld) and Norman Messinger (Phyllis). He is survived by: his wife Donna of Colby; his children, Alan Lawver (Brenda) of Bonita Springs, FL, Margaret Anne Becker (Vernon) of Hays, KS, David Lawver (Tracy) of Basehor, KS, Steve Lawver (Chevelle) of Carl Junction, MO, Sherri Cork (Richard) of Wichita, KS and Shela Reilley (Kelly) of Aurora, CO; and his sister Carol Laeger (Marvin). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
