Eileen Marie Unger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen Marie Unger (Colby, Kansas), who passed away on January 23, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemens J. Kogl and Alvina A. Kogl (Nehring); her parents-in-law, Edmund and Bertha Unger; her siblings, Clemens Kogl (Rose Marie) and Melvin Kogl (Regis); her brothers-in-law, Pete Reinert, Kenneth Unger, Larry Barenberg and Jerry Wallman; her nephew Gary Reinert; and her niece Marie Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Jeffrey James Unger (Marilyn), Margaret "Peggy" Susan Been (Kent), Dr. Beverly Ann Zipfel (Tom), Pamela Marie Anderson, Karen Renee Elliott (Scott) and Valerie Jo Rogers (Rob); her grandchildren, Clarissa Unger, Nicholas Rogers, Andrew Rogers, Dr. Amy Bennett (Brian), Matthew Zipfel and Allison Hislop (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Felicity, Christopher and Adelaide; her siblings, Dorothy Reinert and Tom Kogl (Jean); her parents-in-law, James R. Unger (Carole), Shirley Barenberg, Virgil Unger (Cathy) and Roma Murdoch (Bruce); and her friends, Myrna Pettera and Kerry Ninemire. She is also survived by many neighbors and friends.
