He was predeceased by: his parents, David Mackley and Ella Mackley (Smith); his wife Sharon R. Washburn; his siblings, Glenn, Dorothy and Rosetta; his grandchildren, Caton, Dalton, Jesse and Tasha; and his great grandchild Talon.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Mackley of Vernon, TX, Bob (Tracee Mackley), Denny (Dayna Mackley) and Jeff (Sherri Mackley); his sisters-in-law, Lynne Scott of Athens, TX and Joyce Atkinson of Wichita, KS; and his niece Glenda Schaffer of Hoxie, KS. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and many friends.
