She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Brian and Thela Brian (Seigal); her husband Charles Hopson; her siblings, Philip Brian, Ray Brian and Sharon Brian; her stepson Dwight Hopson; and her stepgrandson Chuckie Hopson.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Hopson of Colby and Darren Hopson (Cheri) of Colby; her siblings, Eugene Brian (Betty) of Norton, Robert Brian (Sharon) of Florida, Dona Plantz of Topeka and Mary Torbit (Bill) of Mesa, AZ; her sister-in-law Phyllis Brian of Hutchinson, KS; and her stepchildren, Sharon Taylor (Hopson) of San Antonio, TX, Wesley Hopson (Kathleen) of Loveland, CO and Lesley Hopson (Teresa) of Bethune, CO. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren; 14 step-great grandchildren, and 2 step great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Dora requested donations to the Colby VFW Women's Auxiliary or any diabetes or Down Syndrome foundation.
