He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion J Miller and Edna Heath Miller; his wife Darlene Jensen; and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Miller (Diana) and Mark Miller (Darcie); his grandchildren, Holly Haines (Burk), Aaron Miller (Sarah), Nate Miller (Nicole), Luke Miller (Rachel) and Ellie Gilmore (Rebecca); and his great grandchildren, Jonathan Miller, Matthew Miller, Brewer Haines and Geneva Haines. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
