He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Bixenman and Lucille Bixenman (Leiker); and his siblings, Paula Bixenman and Steve Bixenman. He is survived by: his wife Susie Knox; his siblings, Mike Bixenman, Dave Bixenman (Lori) and Joan Matthews; and his stepchildren, Michael Haire and Melissa Haire.
