She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Thon and Cornelia Thon (Bruner); her husband Reece W. Roemer; her daughter Virgina K. Clinton; and her brother Clifford Thon.
She is survived by: her sons, Vernon Roemer (Michelle) of Gem, Kenneth Roemer (Dana) of Emporia and Dennis Roemer (Janet) of Edmond, Oklahoma; her son-in-law Darryl Clinton of Scott City, Kansas; and her brother Larry Thon (Ann) of Kansas City, Missouri. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
