He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Edna Cooksey and Jerry Gormley; his uncles, Kenny and Jim Cooksey; and his cousin Matthew Cooksey.
He is survived by: his parents, Jim Gormley and Mary Gormley (Cooksey); his sister Casey Franssen (Anthony); his nephew Gavin; his niece Lydia Franssen; his grandmother Jeanie Gormley; and his aunts and uncles, Steve Gormley (Melissa), Shari Burks (Don), Lela Cooksey, Karen Scott (Tom), Randy Cooksey (Peggy), John Cooksey (Sharon), Cheri Remington (Daryl), Richard Cooksey (Stephany) and Leann Evans Collin (Brent). He is also survived by many cousins, family and friends.
