He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse T Church and Ellen A Hollabaugh; his brother Kenneth Church; his son-in-law Jim Kocher; and his grandson Joshua.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn (Sue); his daughter Sheila Kocher of Wichita; his grandchildren, J. C. Kocher, Allyson of Kea'au, HI, Angi Kocher of Wichita, Jena Cummings and Scott of Wichita; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Gabriel, George, Tommy, Avigail, Gracia and Judah; his sisters, Margaret Mayo of Dallas Tx and Shirley Brown of Sherman; and his sister-in-law Donna Church of Sherman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
