It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Carpenter of Coffeyville, Kansas, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kenworthy and Alice Kenworthy (Pike); and her siblings, Katherine Ames of Buford, Georgia. and William "Bill" Vencil. She is survived by: her husband Duane Carpenter; her children, David Carpenter (Janie) of Del City, Alan Carpenter (Mara) of Branson, Missouri and Lisa Romines (Jason) of Coffeyville, Kansas; her grandchildren, Julie Carpenter, Lane Carpenter, Dustie Carpenter, Katie Carpenter, Nicole Romines, Dylan Romines and Ethan Romines; and her brother Albert Kenworthy (Noma) of Casa Grande, Arizona. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The family suggests memorial contributions can be made to Grace Fellowship or to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice; contributions can be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd. Coffeyville, Kansas 67337.
