He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Armstrong and Edith Armstrong (Smith); his parents-in-law, Darrell and Mary Cornett; his son-in-law Danny Hickman; his brothers, Marvin, Harold and Loyd Armstrong; and his brother-in-law Jim Cornett.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Armstrong; his children, Deborah Hickman of Pittsburg and Randall Armstrong (Lori) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Chelsey Sykes (Joseph) of Bartlesville, Kylee Holloway (Joseph) of Raleigh, Katie Hickman (Mike Deibert) of Uniontown and Cody Hickman of Frontenac, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Olivia Hickman, Tyson Deibert, Dylon Deibert, Lundun Hickman, Fenix Hickman and Garner Sykes; and his sisters, Lois Price of Bartlesville and Lorene Wilson of Lenapah, Oklahoma. He is also survived by relatives and close friends.
