He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Foster and Anna Foster (Price); his wife Marilyn Foster; and his son Gary Foster. He is survived by: his son Donnie Foster (Bonnie); his daughter-in-law Pam Foster; his sister Betty Martin; his grandchildren, Cortney Foster (Joletta) of Wichita, Joshua Foster of Harrison and Kayce Foster (Maggie) of Peru, Nebraska; and his great grandchildren, Emily Foster, Nate, Christopher, Gabrial, Laz, Isabella Foster, Harleigh, Edison, Vada Foster, Kroslyn, Jaycee, Joci and Silas.
The family suggests memorials to the South Coffeyville United Methodist Church; contributions may be left with or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
