He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Nora Thomas; his former wife Kathryn Sue Thomas (Blakey); and his brother Mack Thomas. He is survived by: his former wife Janet Halchak; his wife Mary Ann Thomas (Olberding); his daughter Kira Lillie (Daniel) of Lee Summit; and his grandchildren, Elijah and Virginia Lillie.
